Once the subdivision scheme plan layout is approved the civil engineering design is undertaken for all infrastructure and roading, all resource consents are applied for, the construction work is put to tender and Myall & Thurlow supervise the construction, contract administration & management.
The final process before new titles are issued is legal surveying and final approvals through Council & LINZ. Our main priority is making sure that our clients receive Certificates of Title for each new lot on time. Myall & Thurlow manage the entire process and our relationships with all stakeholders including local Council is pivotal to our success.
